David Pincus is Chief Executive Officer of EPS and founded the company in 1994. Previously an Emmy Award winning-editor, he has extensive, hands-on experience in post production, and first-hand knowledge of all of the momentous changes that have transformed the industry over the past three decades. David provides both the long-term strategic vision for EPS and manages its day-to-day activities.

Born in New York, David began his career as a production assistant on the award-winning television series The Big Blue Marble. He became an editor and worked on a great variety of commercial, music video,feature film, and television projects. He won an Emmy Award in 1989 for Pee Wee’s Playhouse. He also won a Telly and MTV Music Video award. In 1992, he was hired as a consultant on the development of the Lightworks Editing System. Recognizing the revolutionary potential of digital editing systems, David formed the company that became EPS.
